This required numerous database and hardware migrations. I was responsible for implementing the group’s early adoption of Internet and Email services including integration of the European and American offices to the groups’ Wide Area Network utilising Internet technologies. Managed the implementation of the group’s voice network which reduced the overall costs. I was promoted to Production Services Manager.
