My day-to-day work includes drafting patent applications, analysing and responding to examination reports from patent office examiners and providing Legal Opinions on Infringement risks and Patent Validity.I also advise clients on the use of Design Registration to protect the look of their products, and Trademark Registration to protect their brands.
