Supported third party software developers in the United States for the Nokia 9000 Communicator. Designed and built website, ran promotional campaigns, created and delivered trainings, and provided technical support across the US.

Managed worldwide developer programs for major OEM accounts including Nokia, Hewlett-Packard, Casio, and Toshiba. Developed programs to recruit and support third party developers including strategic accounts such as Intuit, Compuserve, Novell, and WordPerfect. Created, deployed, and supported tools, training materials, and documentation for third party developers and OEMs.

Led cross-functional teams in designing and deploying software development tools, documentation, training, and support programs for third party developers on the GEOS operating system and related products such as the Nokia 9000 Communicator, Hewlett-Packard OmniGo 100, and Casio Z-PDA. Designed and managed the Geoworks Bindery product for creating interactive media.
