Gray Bear Coaching LLC is the coaching brand of Peter Dudley. I provide coaching and mentoring on any topic for anyone, but I specialize in three areas: Career transition: Whether you're considering a move, looking to put more purpose into your career, or have had a change forced upon you, I can help you discover what's next, tap into your strengths and values, and make the moves that are right for you. I've been through several career changes in my 30+ years in business, working in startups, nonprofits, and Fortune 25 companies from the front line to the senior executive level. Career growth: I feel personally called to help young professionals grow into great leaders, especially in the corporate responsibility, nonprofit, and ESG spaces. If you're taking on your first management role, looking to grow your career, or want to become a better leader, I can help. Parenting gender expansive kids: My oldest came out as transgender at 18 and then went through several years of suicidal depression. I have helped several parents navigate the new reality of having a gender-expansive teen. I am not a therapist, but I definitely understand what you're going through. About Peter: I have over 30 years in business at startups, nonprofits, and Fortune 25 companies. I've changed careers several times after getting an engineering degree--through writing, marketing, corporate responsibility, employee engagement, nonprofit fundraising, software development, executive leadership, and more. I've been fortunate to enjoy a storied life with lots of plot twists. World travels and cross-country moves, marriage and divorce, parenting a transgender kid, publishing novels, and a lot more.
