Projects are mostly in the geotechnical trade (landslides, bluff stabilization, rock netting, tiebacks, anchors, micro piles, underpinning, creek retaining walls, etc.) but some deal with drainage, foundation improvements (seismic upgrade, shear ply reinforcement, etc.), lifting and leveling of a house, retaining walls (soldier beam, stitch pier, cast-in-place concrete wall, etc.).- Manages construction crews from Marin County to Santa Cruz County.- Estimate new projects, type up proposals and interact between clients , fellow engineers, architects, general contractors, etc. - AutoCAD drafting of engineered plans for permits.- Produce engineering calculations.- Apply and obtain permits from the County/City agencies. - Help in the hiring of new construction members.
