As part of an merger of HarperJones and MindGame I have become the Technical Manager for all MindGame development as well. In my role as manager I help the current development team by troubleshooting, coaching and by giving them some insights into good coding practices and solutions.

As Technical Lead I have built a small team of developers who implement all the projects built at HarperJones. These include small websites to online marketplaces and campaign driven sites. Part of my task is to set out good practices when developing and ensuring the proper tooling is available for the whole company to work.

In my position as operational team lead i will be responsible for improving quality and well being of the development group and project managers. My primary focus is on the internal processes and on improving the quality of the delivered products.Besides my operational tasks i am also involved in several projects on a consultancy level, typically writing.

As lead developer I was responsible for all developers and the development environments. Basically I was the linking pin between management and the workforce with a primary focus on improving quality of both the employees as the products they produced

I was part of the web development group, specialized in PHP and ASP development. Worked on assignments for companies like Versatel, Greenpeace, Mercedes Netherlands.

Worked as a webdeveloper on various projects in various tools like Progress/WebSpeed, ASP against SQLServer, Progress and Oracle database servers.

Worked on contracting basis for various companies implementing solutions with Progress Software.
