He has particular interests in positive psychology and neuroscience and is an accredited provider of the evidence- based Resilence@Work assessments. He works through his consultancy Ffrench Connection, as well as Lee Hecht Harrison, a global leader in talent development, and the Leadership Consulting practice of Heidrick and Struggles. Peter is the proud Board Chair of Yourtown, a national organisation dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable youth, including Kidshelpline, youth employment services and parenting programs.Peter draws on more than 20 year’s senior executive experience across a diverse range of industries. He has held senior executive positions in food and consumer goods, health, utilities and energy industries in both the public and private sectors.He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Fellow of the Australian Marketing Institute, and is actively involved in a wide range of community activities including as a volunteer surf lifesaver at Broadbeach on Australia’s Gold Coast.
