Ffrench Connection is an executive coaching consultancy supporting executive leaders to achieve their real potential. Managing Director, Peter Ffrench, is a highly credentialed Executive Coach with over 15 years experience working in the Asia Pacific region. Peter’s capacity to support and challenge his clients is built on 25 years senior executive experience across a diverse range of industries in both the public and private sectors, and degrees in social work and business. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and Deputy Chair of Yourtown, a community-based organisation dedicated to improving the quality of life of young marginalised people. A Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, Peter has worked alongside senior and high potential executives for over 2,500 hours, helping to develop their leadership capacity, strategic insight and personal effectiveness. His coaching draws on his detailed understanding of leadership development, commercial expertise and various coaching methodologies. He has particular interests in positive psychology and neuroscience and is proficient in a range of psychometric assessment and profiling tools. In his coaching practice, Peter draws on his detailed understanding of leadership development, commercial expertise and coaching methodologies to help executives develop their capabilities to achieve their business’s priorities and goals and align with their personal concept of leadership. The strategies and support for each coaching assignment are tailored to meet the specific needs, goals and aspirations of each executive.
