I am looking to combine my management experience with my maintenance and condo management history as a Property or Community Manager.Currently I'm in my 2nd life and am pursuing a love I have of fixing things. I've done this on the side all my life while maintaining a career in marketing and advertising. I retired from General Tools in 2016 and took a year touring the USA. I ended up in a beach community in South Carolina and boredom creped in after I fixed all things related to my own experience. I then took a Maintenance Tech position with Ocean Drive Beach Rentals where I make people happy by fixing things on a daily basis.Overview of relevant maintenance experience:Managed properties with multiple apartment/condo rentals for over 30 yearsExperienced in beach house and condo maintenance Maintenance to multiple residences for over 45 yearsIndependently renovated and flipped 2 houses & 2 condosExtensively familiar with most manual and electronic tools and instruments25 years in upper managementPreviously, as the former Vice President of Strategic Marketing and Brand Development for General Tools & Instruments I was responsible for all aspects of corporate and product branding including the management of the marketing and graphics department. Previous to this I served as Sr. Mgr of Marketing Communications at Extech Instruments, world-wide Communications Manager for both Agilent Technologies and Hewlett Packard. Prior to Agilent/HP I broadened my communications skills as Corporate Communications Manager for CERJAC, Inc., a start-up telecommunications hardware company.
