Launched SpeciFi from Citizens Investment Services in Fall 2017.Strategy/Business Development: Developed the business case and financial projections for this new business line. Negotiated contracts with digital advice FinTech leader – SigFig Wealth Management and with Citizens' clearing company, National Financial Services. Product Development: Led a 50+ person “agile” project team to develop the product and integrate it into Citizens’ online banking service. Performed the agile role of “Product Owner” to groom the IT development backlog. Established the product value proposition, including pricing and promotions. Marketing & Sales: Responsible for the overall commercial plan for SpeciFi. Worked with the bank’s marketing and retail teams to develop an integrated marketing/communications plan and to design the in-branch experience.Operations/Risk Management: Developed an integrated operations model between Citizens and SigFig. Coordinated with risk, legal, and compliance departments to develop risk management/oversight programs; and presented regular project updates to regulatory agencies.Prior role: Head of Product and Retail Marketing. Led a team of 30 marketing professionals to develop and execute marketing strategies for the bank's consumer products including deposits, debit card, credit card, student loans, auto loans, mortgage, home equity and investment products. Managed $50M+ in marketing spend within direct, digital, retail and media channels.

Developed and sold the business case for Santander to enter the U.S. credit card market and led the management team to launch the business. Negotiated several key strategic alliances and infrastructure supply agreements for the cards business, including deals with MasterCard and Visa. Re-launched Santander's debit card business with new, redesigned products. Led the project team to convert the bank's portfolio of 1.5m debit cards to new card products on new IT infrastructure.

Kessler is a global affinity marketing company specializing in developing co-brand credit card programs for bank clients. Launched Kessler’s affinity credit card marketing business in Mexico, and managed the company’s consulting relationship with a major Mexican credit card issuer.
