Worked with the bank’s marketing and retail teams to develop an integrated marketing/communications plan and to design the in-branch experience.Operations/Risk Management: Developed an integrated operations model between Citizens and SigFig. Coordinated with risk, legal, and compliance departments to develop risk management/oversight programs; and presented regular project updates to regulatory agencies.Prior role: Head of Product and Retail Marketing. Led a team of 30 marketing professionals to develop and execute marketing strategies for the bank's consumer products including deposits, debit card, credit card, student loans, auto loans, mortgage, home equity and investment products. Managed $50M+ in marketing spend within direct, digital, retail and media channels.
