Owned the Enterprise Delivery Framework and tool which supports 5000+ project manager and other project delivery resources deliver projects at CIBC. • Implemented a more formal, rigorous release process to make changes and updates to the delivery framework, including a communication framework for engaging the project community of changes and other relevant information. • Responsible for managing the enterprise project portfolio management tool (Planview), including day-to-day support of users, rolling out additional functionality, enhancing reporting and improving overall performance. • Collaborated with various functional PMO’s to understand their requirements of both the framework and the Planview tool.• Ensuring that both the framework and the tool support and comply with various audit and compliance requirements of the bank
