Peter is an A320 Captain consulting in Training and Flight Operational Management with his company Australian Aviation Consultants . He is specialising in Cadet Training Programs and MPL training regimes, managing the training of new pilots, managing standards of current pilots, assessing upgrades and promotions and planning the introduction of EFB systems. He is a Flight Examiner on the A320 (TRE) for Type Ratings and Instrument Ratings.Peter has been training pilots for 35 years of his 50 year aviation career and has a deep understanding and passion for good flight training and pilot management.He has set up and run Training (and checking) departments for two airlines and has helped introduce the A320 to three different airlines as well as generally managing pilots in an airline environment.He holds ICAO, FAA and EASA (JAA) Licences and has worked in The Middle and Far East, Europe and Australasia.
