Kuwait A320 operation. Performing all recruitment, assessing, training and checking of pilots for employment and proficiency checks. Also acting as Chief Pilot in the absence of a person in that role. Working closely with Airbus Industrie on the introduction of the A320 aircraft.I performed the acceptance and ferry flights of the new aircraft from Toulouse.

I performed all the functions of a base manager looking after pilots and operations in this role.

Assisted in opening new pilot base in Cairns, Queensland, Northern Australia.

Introduction of A320 into Jetstar service.From April 2004 to Jan 2005 I was the A320 Training Manager at Jetstar Airways. (Qantas's Low Cost Carrier) I helped introduce the A320 into Jetstar operation; I performed a number of test, acceptance and ferry flights (France to Australia) in the course of this position. I helped write the SOPs for the operation.

Trained new B717 pilots, upgrades, Proficiency Checks, Training Check and Training Captains. Assisted the Check and Training Manager in various duties.
