• Managed the partner network (Indirect Sales) of HP on the Bulgarian market, constituting over 80% of the company revenue in the country. By utilizing the latest organizational leadership tools, led the first HP project for sustainable sales results through building the HP partner network.• Responsible for the country sales quota of HP. Achieved 58% business growth y/y in 2005. He developed cutting-edge and customer centered business processes, which positioned HP at a new service level.

• Managed the global partnership between Microsoft and HP for Bulgaria. • Coordinated the Enterprise project and managed the execution of SMB projects delivered in cooperation with Microsoft.

• Developed Vertical (Branches focused) and Horizontal initiatives toward SMB market developing customer centered approach.

• Developed the Intel server market for business in Bulgaria. • Increased HP market share of the Bulgarian industry standard server market from 23% up to 40% within 9 months and achieved stable growth after that. For his achievements he earned the "The Best of the Best" Excellence Award for Sales Managers of HP Worldwide.

• Responsible for the sales quota of Compaq and managed its channel business in Bulgaria in a very complex and dynamic business environment prior to the global $25-billion HP-Compaq merger - the largest in the IT industry at the time. • On behalf of Compaq locally, executed the merger with “Hewlett Packard Bulgaria”. Although in very tough and dynamic conditions, after the acquisition the business managed to keep the revenues of both companies.
