Providing Project management and business analysis on Projects in a very aggressive business environment, During the period of separation post the purchase of DHL domestic.My role in Yodel is to provide project management consultant services for multiple projects for a separation program of works designed to integrate DHL Domestic with the new business,Managing the following key separation projects adhering strict full End-to-End Agile based Life Cycle process:Projects:• DHCP Migration and WAN upgrade across 60 depots and sites across the UK.• Depot Upgrades and Consolidation• DataCentre migration

• Accountable to the Global Programme Executive• Responsibility for project delivery to UK & Ireland business of a Global Client.• Management of project managers, Project revenue, DCM for projects totaling £10m+• Responsible and accountable for project and programme performance on the account including financial responsibility for project revenue, cost and margin. • Responsible for building key relationships with the client Delivery Managers and Programme Managers and Project Managers. To understand their business priorities and provide CSC solutions and capabilities to solve business problems and maximise the spend with CSC• Define and enforce professional standards for programme management. Focus on improving CSC’s programme delivery across the account• Responsible for the quality of the Programme and Project to the Global Programme Executive, Account Executive and client• Responsible for forecasting resources and pipeline of work for projects• Responsible for implementing and ensuring adherence to all programme management tools and processes on all projects in an account• Responsible for financial and status reporting of project and delivery to cost models.
