New Media ManagerTelstraclear Ltd Nz Aug 2007 - Jan 2009I created the online content strategy to support TelstraClear’s Local Loop Unbundling project (based on VDSL2 technology) as well as their mobile play. When this consultancy period was completed I was asked to take up a permanent role and manage the implementations from the plan created during the consultancy.I was responsible for creating and executing the vision, mission and strategy of TelstraClear’s largest consumer offering to be launched in the last five years, Clearnet (www.clearnet.co.nz). During this period I worked closely with Telstra OZ to understand the model and strategy of Bigpond. I was responsible for social networks and site forums, and as such worked with MySpace NZ and Fox Interactive as well as being the head moderator for Clearnet’s own forums.Responsible for all partnership selections, negotiations and relations for the Clearnet site including the highest levels of companies such as Mediaworks (TV3), TVNZ, APN, Fairfax, Microsoft, Weta, Sony CE, and NZPA as well as Bigpond, Fox Interactive Ltd, TV1, Warner Brothers Interactive, Activision- Blizzard and IMG.Budget responsibility for the million dollar project and ongoing development of the site and during this period decreased costs for content by 150k/year.Creative lead and Executive Producer for all exclusive video content for the site including live streaming broadcast for this year’s Armageddon Expo. Also acted as interviewer for US celebrities during this event.I managed all NZ “celebrity” endorsements and participation and through this gained a wide network of contacts and friends including Jaquie Brown, Greg Broadmore (Weta Workshop artist), Magnus Hjert (head of Weta Studios Online), David Farrier, Midnight Youth and many more.

Established personal network within the content industry and the MVNO's throughout Europe. As an internal consultant I was asked to review performance of our Nordic markets to prepare for the launch of 3G and next gen broadband services. I established a network of market managers for the Nordic region and through new processes added cost efficiencies (decreased spend by 15%) as well as surpassing productivity (Increased by 20%) while maintaining each markets strategic objectives.Lead an internal transformation team aimed at converting a technology driven company in to innovative solution provider lead by the marketing teams (using next gen technology to create value propositions). I was asked to support the Head of Legal to find more efficient ways to sign agreements for the company. In this process I consulted on the guidelines and helped create a template framework agreement for the Nordic region, making it possible for the company to create standardized contracts.Managing 10+ indirect marketing/product reports.
