Based on a life-long experience as a performer in classical music I am investigating similarities and connections between leadership, innovation and music making. Methods of Rehearsal, Orchestration and Experiential Learning in Art and Leadership.In various settings as a speaker and workshop facilitator I work with music, philosophy and leadership in executive education programs all over Europe, mostly in Oxford. Parallel to this I have founded a conducting teaching program in the Voces Academy establishing a European series of masterclasses in choral conducting.As a musician I value the creation of new forms including listeners in the perfomance practise based on the tradition of scored music. All my invitations for conducting ensembles contain mentoring talents of music.In 2008 I released my first book "Performance & Lederskab" and in 2010 "Kulturens Skjulte Styrker" in Danish.
