A versatile conductor with a strong interest in leadership development across many platforms, be it in the arts, business or other sectors. Qualifications in both music and business have led me to an interesting and multi-faceted career as both a practicing musician and performer, as well as an arts producer and business developer. Current work in executive leadership training with Voces Academy delivering workshops with some of the leading program providers, including the Saïd Business School, Oxford University, Mannaz and Bled School of Management has provoked a keen interest in exploring the parallels that exist between corporate organisational structures and cultures, and the musical organisation (the ensemble).An arts manager with a broad experience, I have successfully developed and delivered large programs, including sales and marketing, business development, lead generation and financial management.As a conductor I enjoy working with a broad range of repertoire across both the symphonic chorus and a cappella repertoire. I hold regular positions as Music Director with choral societies, workplace choirs and appear frequently as a workshop leader for various ensembles and festivals. Most recently I founded a semi-professional chamber choir, Evoke, through which I aim to challenge the common perspectives of choral music and explore ways of keeping the artform relevant in modern society.
