Head of Hydro Global Business Services hub in India. My main focus was to navigate and adapt operations to the early Covid-19, and to deliver on our substantial growth agenda in India.

Aluminium Metal Business System. AMBS is our business system and backbone of Hydro's improvement agenda. I worked with AMBS in direct support of several sites in Norway, and with project contributions in other parts of Europe. I was responsible for building and run our internal AMBS academy, a quarterly three-day training event for managers at unit level. Business System and accompanying concept development. Significant facilitation and presenting to both operations and corporate staffs.

I primarily worked on technology management projects within law enforcement. My key deliverables in these projects were concept development, project planning and execution, stakeholder management and communication. Beside project work I contributed to internal Change Management and Lean communities. During the first year I was part of the Scandinavian Graduate Program, which was a brilliant professional development arena.
