After finishing his Masters in Law and Legal Practice Course at University of Northumbria in Newcastle, it was his intention to move to the Capital to secure a Training Contract at a City Law firm.After a short period working in Residential Conveyancing, having always had a passion for architecture, Pete then moved into Residential Development Sales, where he was part of the New Homes Team that won the coveted Times New Homes Agency of the year award for 2014.After cutting his teeth there, Pete moved on to work for the Capital’s original ‘Loft’ property agency, performing almost every role imaginable - Appraisals, Acquisitions, Sales, as well as Client Account Management. During the five years he sat in that seat, Pete maintained the position of highest fee earner year on year, whilst breaking the record for highest fee and highest value transaction in the brand’s history.Through those experiences, Pete gained a reputation, not just amongst his clients and working associates such as solicitors, surveyors etc, but also, amongst the residents in the majority of loft buildings, for his educated, eloquent, honest and straightforward approach to property marketing and advice.
