I am the regional head of the retail sector for Arcadis and a senior member of our Hong Kong & Macau management team. In addition I have specific responsibility for the speciality sourcing and supply chain management unit the ‘Arcadis Genesis Proposition” providing professional services to retail, hospitality and leisure clients. My expertise lies in the retail store development process specifically for project and programme management on major retail rollouts, smart procurement and supplier management techniques. I lead a large team of professionals and my remit includes strategic planning, business development, staff development and retention, financial management and client relationship development. I have worked extensively around Asia with experience in almost very market.

As a co-founder of the inProjects and Genesis brands, together with my partner Matt Fletcher, we developed Asia's leading independent Project Management company for the retail, leisure and hospitality sectors. The business grew from our base in Hong Kong establishing offices in Singapore, Beijing, Shanghai, Dongguan, Macau and New Delhi providing true regional coverage for our Clients. As a Group Director I was responsible for strategic planning, financial management, resource management, client account relationships and business development. I had responsibility for delivering one of the largest retail roll outs in Asia over a 10 year period and developed ground breaking programme management techniques to allow highly efficient store openings. in 2014 inProjects and Genesis were acquired by global multidisciplinary consultancy Arcadis.
