Travel coordination, particularly for CEO, Maria Giudice grew in complexity and quantity of trips each year. My role as the all-knowing, hard-working, jack-of-all-trades became more focused as a company culture-maven. I got to direct projects and make decisions that made Maria's life easier, brought employees together and kept things fun. Leading games, getting people to try improvisational exercises, encouraging odd-ball events like "spaghetti taco day", shooting and sharing video as well as writing the end-of-year presentation were particularly fun efforts and resulted in group happiness.
