Arts and education as they relate to child and adolescent development

I've been a teacher, in one form or another, from the time I was in my late teens. I recall once asking a very wise man what the point was in acquiring wisdom, since it doesn't take place until very late in life. He said without hesitation:"You pass it on."In that spirit, I have dedicated my lectures to students, parents, and educators from all parts of North America. The thrust of my talk is that the primary components of success are universal; it is based on how one feels about, and takes care of, oneself. This is part of an overall formula that consists of working hard, and working smart, at something you love.I hope my words over the years have been, and will continue to be, useful where desired, and life-changing where necessary.
