I am an experienced Managing Director who is adept at developing existing businesses, establishing operational and commercial systems and processes, laying foundations for growth and maximising shareholder value.I have had demonstrable success in developing and delivering effective business strategies, building on a business’s core competences to drive profitable growth. I effectively collaborate with senior board members, interpreting business information to facilitate effective decision making. Throughout my career I have continuously identified, analysed and prioritised multiple business opportunities, aligned them to the businesses vision to ensure effective allocation of resources and maximisations of profits. Having successfully completed this I joined A4e, at the time one of the most recognisable brands in the employability and vocational training space, where I was promoted through the business to CEO in 2005. Since then, I have held a number of MD / ownership roles in the sector, leading turnarounds of distressed businesses, driving growth in businesses looking for a sale and starting and selling my own company.
