Responsible for sourcing, managing, and growing relationships with middle market companies in the Southeastern Idaho market. • Provide senior secured financing, growth capital financing, asset based lending, real estate financing, domestic/global treasury management solutions, foreign exchange, interest rate derivatives, and merchant services/e-receivables solutions.• Conduct detailed financial, cash flow, asset coverage, and market analysis to underwrite and monitor loan portfolio exposure and recommend initial loan structure and actions for ongoing compliance.• Partner with customer executives to review strategies for liquidity management, short term investing, long term debt structures, collection and payment practices, asset investments, risk management practices, and ownership structures. • Collaborate with industry and product experts to deliver other customized solutions, using a broad array of over 70 financial products, to satisfy all the financial needs of customers.• Work closely with private wealth and investment banking at Wells Fargo to assist clients with their, investing, capital markets, and M&A needs• Perform and make recommendations for actions to maintain compliance with AML/BSA compliance, and other applicable regulations and policies.
