The system is successful in significantly reducing translation costs across the organisation by reusing previously translated content to rebuild publications for new products. Further savings are achieved by interfacing with an industry leading translation engine to translate any remaining untranslated material.

Engaged to co-ordinate and manage the collection of data for a high profile water industry regulatory submission. The BRITE programme aimed to provide a long term view of the future asset requirements for both clean water and sewage in the midlands area. The programme was revolutionary in the water industry and aimed to use previous data from across the industry to model and simulate future asset usage in order to determine future funding from the OFWAT industry regulator. It was essential that the programme was auditable and accurate.

Project manager of projects aiming to rationalise the Pfizer global infrastructure. Combining his business analyst and project management skills Peter was able to successfully deliver 11 projects as part of a global infrastructure and application consolidation. This was achieved through a comprehensive decommissioning plan for the retirement of low usage and non-business critical systems and the migration of the remaining system components to upgraded hardware.

As part of a US based Knowledge Application Development team Peter provided business analysis expertise and managed the lifecycle of projects to produce knowledge solutions that would enhance the organisations response to clients. This included managing and overcoming the challenges introduced by geographically split project teams, a skill easily transferable to off-shore development projects.
