Peter Lisney is a Client Partner and the Country Manager Malaysia, Head of Global Business Services Practice, Asia Pacific at Pedersen & Partners, based in Kuala Lumpur. Mr. Lisney’s experience spans across Europe, Middle East and Asia and integrates many aspects of operational and organisational management and leadership solutions. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, he founded and managed a boutique Executive Search firm in Kuala Lumpur, specialising in mandates for senior-level executive positions across South East Asia and the Middle East. Over the past 15 years, Mr. Lisney has developed strong expertise in partnering with clients across the region, helping them build their management teams in the Financial Services, FMCG, GBS / SSC, Pharmaceutical, and Industrial segments. Before entering the advisory services sector, Mr. Lisney was the Regional General Manager in a major engineering corporation in the Middle East, and prior to that worked in senior management positions for the same company in South East Asia and Mexico.Mr. Lisney has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies from the University of Buckingham and a Master’s Degree in International Marketing from the University of Strathclyde. In addition to his native English, he is also fluent in Swedish.
