I am a dedicated and passionate Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapist working within the National Health Service (NHS), driven by a commitment to providing patient-centred care and enhancing clinical outcomes. My career is rooted in a desire to continually improve as a practitioner, using evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development to sharpen my skills and knowledge.With experience across a variety of healthcare settings, including MSK outpatient clinics, community physiotherapy, and palliative care, I have developed a well-rounded skill set in assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and caseload management. My ability to adapt to different patient populations, combined with a strong understanding of complex pathologies, enables me to deliver effective, personalised care. I am proficient in exercise prescription, manual therapy, and clinical reasoning, which I continually refine through hands-on experience and reflective practice.In addition to my clinical work, I am also involved in teaching and mentoring, having led student placements and collaborated with academic institutions like the University of Lincoln to develop physiotherapy education programs. I find great satisfaction in sharing knowledge, developing learning materials, and helping shape the next generation of physiotherapists.
