About Peter Mcadam
I am a student at Queens University Belfast currently in my final year of my MEng Mechanical Engineering degree. I am a hard working, committed and presentable person, with a keen interest in motorsports. I am very eager to learn new skills and work well in a team as well as on my own initiative.During my third year, I was part of the Queens Formula Racing team, working as part of a sub-team to design and manufacture the space-frame chassis. I have completed a placement year at Andor Technology in Belfast. During this experience I gained many new skills, such as 3D printing, as well as developing existing ones such as CAD. Before university I was an operator on both 3&5 axis machines at SAM NI. As part of this role, I had to organise and multitask different jobs on separate machines to ensure job completion.
