• Consult with business leaders in the strategic planning process and development of human resources strategies that support business area-specific needs. Ensure alignment between HR strategy and business objectives.• Act as the liaison for the assigned business areas across the HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs), to include talent acquisition, talent management, training, benefits, compensation, associate relations, and diversity and inclusion. • Collaborates with HR CoEs to leverage expertise and deliver solutions that enable the business to meet its objectives.• Promote leadership effectiveness and compliance with HR policies and programs though coaching of people leaders and delivery of standardized tools and best practices.• Provide human resources consultation supporting strategic business unit(s) with executive leader(s). • • Use knowledge of various human resources functions, including staffing, compensation, benefits, training, and associate relations to provide tactical HR support to line managers.
