Work with global staffing, BSC executive leaders, HR leadership team, finance, and HR counterparts to ensure integrated workforce plans, strategies, and processes are in place to help drive employee attraction and retention. - Partner with global staffing on development and implementation of site recruiting strategy and initiatives; - Partner with global staffing on contract labor cost containment strategies and special sourcing requirements; - Lead site workforce strategy & planning development; i.e. forecast planning, redeployment, etc.; - Partner with BSC businesses and functional staffing leads to work across business units to leverage workforce utilization and talent management;- Identify staffing opportunities & risks and assist in development of mitigation plans;- Represent site on all airplane program staffing meetings and initiatives.
