Managing projects for Dow Chemicals in Terneuzen.Currently assigned as Senior Project manager, running complex IT projects in an international environment:- Organizing the design, procurement and implementation of IT infrastructures for new and existing office buildings and chemical plants- Creating the environment.

Organising the servicedesk and system management department and their operational processes. Improving system availability, service delivery and customer satisfaction. Migration of all email functionality from GroupWise to Exchange / Outlook.

Together with my team of 6 colleagues we make Program and Project management run smoothly. Three project managers take care of 15 to 20 projects. Add one designer, a test coordinator and two colleagues for administrative support and you have an excellent team to manage any project.

Managing a team of 25 security specialists, taking care of all authorisation requests of ING bank. Worked on the project "Lean" with McKinsey to make all processes run smoothly.

Together with my wife I travelled through Africa for a year. Seeing the beautiful nature, meeting interesting people and work on our bigest hobby, photography.

Managed all ICT affairs for this company. Remodelling the complete infrastructure to a modern and maintainable setup.

As a technical consultant I did two big projects. The first project was the development of a new administrative system for De Amersfoortse, an insurance company. The second project was a Y2K project for Nissan Europe B.V., where I used my technical experiance to train and manage a team of 4 programmers to inspect and repair Y2K-problems in the logistical.

As a co-owner and specialist in office automation & networking I was responsable for the technical realisation of all customer projects.

For Rabobank I worked on the Laura-project, which took care of the ICT-needs of local branches. Designing the client server infrastructure and programming in Cobol.

As a programmer I worked on the logistics system of the European Parts distributor for Nissan.

Started my career as a junior programmer. Through a very good education program grown up to senior programmer. I worked on the administrative systems, and was designer and programmer of their time registration system.
