The world of business has become much more stressful due to world events, which are impacting everyone in different ways. The reducing availability of all sorts of resources for business is causing entrepreneurs much stress. This is evidenced by the fact that over 47% are reporting health issues as a result of overwhelm, anger and stress. I now feel I am in a position to help, support and coach those in these predicaments as a result of my own direct experiences and the results I am achieving. I have now navigated through quite a number of personal traumatic situations, including redundancy, divorce, company liquidation, bankruptcy, near death accident followed by 5 years of PTSD. These all happened in a quite a short period of time, resulting in a nervous breakdown that I survived.Naturally, I was working during most of the time and so I have been taught and have developed skills and practices to overcome the stress, anger and overwhelm I felt. I now want to pass these ideas on and help others work through their own situations.My background is technical and to do with computer systems on a number of levels (server and local devices), including database and website work. This trained me in being rational, observant and technically aware.My previous work has been involving Business Analysis and Systems Development with organisations such as the BBC, the Police, Royal Navy, Oxford and Cambridge Universities, VSEL and Registers of Scotland.
