Computational Genome Biologist with 20 years of experience in the technology, pharmaceutical, agricultural, and academic sectors, using mathematical and computational solutions to solve biological problems. My research focuses on characterizing genomic changes that are beneficial for a population's adaptation to novel and stress environments, including but not limited to, salt, drought and disease tolerance, as well metal-pollution and urbanization. Agriculturally, my work has centered around characterizing species diversity and identifying genetic variants associated with crop productivity, such as oil or seed production.
