Onboard host to Santa Fe's adventure train providing an overview of the modern history of Astronomy, recent discoveries, and narrative about views of the night sky to Sky Railway passengers.

Astronomy Adventures brings educational and entertaining guided night sky tours to New Mexico visitors and residents. Tours are conducted at our safe and secure dark sky site near Santa Fe. A large telescope with a 20" diameter mirror provides close-up views of nebulae, star clusters, bright stars, planets and distant galaxies. Astronomy Adventures is a great way to experience the grandeur and majesty of an unspoiled night sky.

Provide support to clients around the world for their remote astrophotography set-ups. Installs, upgrades, and hands-on trouble shooting.

Wrote the weekly Night Skies column covering current events, cultural astronomy, star lore, and practical star gazing tips.

Conducted interpretive astronomy programs at parks locations throughout the state. Additional duties included training of program volunteers, operations and maintenance at two state parks observatories and curriculum development.

Worked to promote appreciation of the aesthetic, cultural and scientific value of the nighttime environment. Produced the 2007 Night Sky Conference at Taos, NM - coordinated logistics, scheduled session topics, speakers and sponsors. Initiated and guided campaign to strengthen the New Mexico Night Sky Protection Act during the 2007 and 2009 legislative sessions. Compiled the nomination packet for International Dark Sky Park designation of Clayton Lake State Park by the International Dark-Sky Association.
