Potential Projects:•Perform tender preparation and submission for specialised new build projects•Coordinate and submit pre-qualifications dossiers and tenders to clients•Works closely with Basic Ship Designers, Engineering Office for the Conceptual Design•Source, discuss, and negotiate with major equipment suppliers to form partnerships for the tenders•Prepare Management Plan, Construction Plan, Company’s Financial standing, and Track-records•Perform cost estimation and coordination•Response/replies to clients’ enquiries and clarifications•Discuss Commercial and Term & Condition with clientsProject Execution:•Perform contracts administration, commercial functions and risk management•Sourcing and evaluation of major equipment.
