Like most of the guys I like Ships, offshore structures, Machines etc. Electrical Engineering and Offshore Engineering is my educational background. For 18 years, I have worked in Marine Industry as Commercial & Contracts Administrator. I have experiences in major projects such as FPSO Conversion, FSO Conversion, and series of Specialised Accommodation Vessel Conversion and New-building Projects, contact value of the projects range from USD50 to 300mil. I am the multitasker who run the project and do the tenders in the same time. I have prepared more than a hundred tenders, and secured some of the major projects. Among them are various type of vessels such as FDPSO, FSOs, LNGC, FSRU, Ferries, Power Barge, Dredgers, Offshore Storage Unit, Car and Truck Carriers, Pipe-laying & Construction Vessels, Research Vessel, HiLoad DP, Luxury Cruise, LNG Bunkering Vessels, LNG Carrier, Floating LNG Storage, and Dual Fuel Engines Upgrades etc. By taking up more responsibilities, I have developed my skills in project development, project management, customer management, procurement, maritime rules & regulations, classification societies, Flag State, Immigration clearance onboard vessel (Singapore), Sea-trial, Sail-away protocol, setting up the vessel operating system in Brazil, Vessel Operations in Brazil, Maritime spares/parts logistics, Warranty Management, Import/Export in Brazil, Brazilian Tax, Business regulations in Brazil etc.Entrepreneurship is always my dream; in Nov 2017 I finally decided to quit my stable paid job and pursue my dream. Myanmar is an upcoming Market with opportunities especially in infrastructure and construction businesses. In 2018, I have started a new business venture together with Mr. Ko Kyaw Win in Mandalay, Myanmar, to serve the Infrastructure and Construction Industries. Again, I deal with Machines, Commercial and Contracts. We are equipped with excavators, soil compactors, wheel loader, dump trucks of various sizes.
