Venice Woodworks is a young custom consultative furniture company based in Venice Beach, California. Specializing in rustic, reclaimed and beach inspired design we work hand in hand with each of our clients to provide a intimate project experience and truly one of a kind pieces. We have made everything from kitchen counters, coffee tables, dinning tables, benches, headboards, bed frames, bedside tables and artistic wall pieces.

As a Media Intern I acted as the assistant to Managing Director of the West coast. Some of my responsibilities included managing client and vendor relationships, implementing and optimizing digital display campaigns using DFA. Additionally I compiled and analyzed target audience data, created digital tracking pixels using DFA, requested and evaluated proposals from vendors. I was also responsible for organization and analysis of digital reporting data to present progress to clients. My largest project was creating and presenting the 2015 fiscal year Out of Home, Print, and Digital media plans for our client Ariat International.

As a Pedicab Operator I consistently ranked in the top 10% of operators within the company I acted as general counsel to the Founder and Owner of the company. I was able to bring 7 years of pedicab operations and management to bear on an impressionable young company through one-on-one conversations with the founder.As Interim General Manager I managed daily business operations during management's absence.I oversaw community development, spearheading Cabrio Taxi's first universally lauded operator appreciation event. Organized the venue, coordinated attendance, managed costs and activities. I was a member of the Cabrio Taxi Aids Life Cycle Team. Contributed to the inaugural 6-person team that raised over $40,000 and cycled 545 miles from SF to LA.

I built and cultivated relationships with the healthcare providers, nurses, medical assistants and all other medical office personnel. Leveraging extensive product knowledge, enthusiasm, communication skills, and friendly demeanor I directly impacted the sales of products within my portfolio.Throughout the entirety of my employment I achieved consecutive quarters of increased sales, in-spite of the seasonality of my product portfolio.Due to my performance in Northern California I transferred to a territory eight times larger in Southern California. I immediately increased sales performance and recorded a 2 year record high over the course of 5 months.

At the Talener Group my role was two-fold, I became well versed in business development in addition to recruiting. As the 3rd hire of the brand new San Francisco office, I created, managed, and constantly updated a pipeline of local San Francisco Bay area Tech companies that utilized Java and C++ software engineers as well as QA engineers. I cultivated relationships with engineers, hiring managers, Directors, VP's and CTO's in an effort to fulfill their hiring needs.
