I love food and Australian food industries. From my country background I appreciate the food chain from paddock to plate. I support the industry through my affiliations with FoodSA, the Institute of Brewing and Distilling, Winery Engineers Association, and am proud to have worked for some of the best-known food brands around Australia.I'm proud to work in Australian pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries. The passion of the people who work in these industries inspire me to pursue excellence, and their dedication to improving quality of life is commendable. I support the industry through my affiliations with the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE) and the Australian Society of Cosmetic Chemists (ASCC) and am proud to have worked for well-known and respected brands around Australia.I am a Chartered and Registered Chemical Engineer, have served on the Chemical College Board for Engineers Australia since 2014, and on the South Australian Chemical Engineering Branch between 2011 and 2017. I believe that good design saves time, money and wastage, and that it contributes to the pride employees take in their companies.I aim to develop a company where our clients know their best interests are at heart, and staff are given the tools to do the best work they can, and encouraged and supported to continually improve their skills and experience. I believe this will only be achieved through strong relationships that continue to improve over time.I understand the challenges faced by food and pharmaceutical manufacturers, particularly in process control, cGMP, plant design, new product development, efficiency reporting and improvement. I have managed projects ranging in size from single contractor installations to full production line or factory upgrades, and have contributed to business success in manufacturing from raw materials, processing, packaging and services to waste.
