Peter A. McKenzie is an adjunct professor of Intellectual Property Law and an accomplished attorney with significant IP Management and commercial and government contracts experiences drafting, negotiating and managing engineering, procurement and intellectual property licensing agreements for Fortune 500 pharmaceutical and high-technology corporations. Mr. McKenzie is also an experienced trial attorney who has represented individuals and leading international companies across a broad spectrum of civil cases as well as complex commercial cases spanning contracts, property, professional services liability, products liability and premises liability in Federal and State Courts in NY and NJ. He has held Senior Program Management and Engineering positions at General Electric and Honeywell with responsibilities for the development of aircraft products and services in their respective international aerospace businesses as well as Associate Vice President for process management in Nationwide Financial Services business.
