Nishimachi International School, Tokyo operates approximately 300 Macintosh Clients. I assisted with Lab deployment of new client machines, re-imaging and refurbishing Desktops and Laptops. Troubleshooting Wireless network issues, installation of new wireless units. Inventory updates, cataloging new units, also general user support. Streamlined ARD Client lists for improved deployment strategies.

Esalen Institute in California USA, operates over 50 Macintosh clients. Apple OS and Windows servers support the business needs in this networked campus environment using a balanced mix of wireless, Cat5e and fiber, built under very ridged land usage regulations.Main tasks included:Providing user support and training.Troubleshooting Hardware, Software, Network issues.System and core application upgrades.Backup monitoring and archiving.Hardware deployment, inventory, diagnostics, servicing.
