As a digital strategist, I work at the intersection of tech and comms. I combine strong technical ability with clear communication, and an understanding of business and user needs. My job is to help clients do digital RIGHT. My role therefore encompasses product development, prototyping and tech architecture, user experience design and content strategy, and digital marketing and channel strategy.I have eight years of experience in digital agencies, the majority of which has been focussed on digital product development; and seven years in tech sales for an online video platform. My client relationships span years, so I’ve worked across all stages of product development, on high-scale technical projects. My work is highly strategic: on the tech side I work particularly on integrations, product extensions, and scaling architecture; on the comms side I focus on enabling clients to take products to market, and on identifying and targetting audiences across different digital channels. Across all my work I interact with a variety of technical, business, and end-user stakeholders, working to balance all their needs and ensure successful implementations.
