I collaborated with the commercial and technical teams to produce customer onboarding. As part of my responsibilities, I oversaw five engineers in partnership with cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers to ensure SLA, increase net promoter score, and OPEX level for data centers across multiple regions. This also included managing maintenance schedules and incident reports, and I monitored work of suppliers and participated in conditional and final acceptance. In this role, I held responsibility for first line operation and maintenance of Siemens legacy switches, Huawei and NSN soft switches, Media Gateway switches, and power and cooling systems. I oversaw installation and commissioning of switches and power systems, monitored performance and quality metrics, and completed maintenance and related documentation. I also implemented a liaison to manage field teams to maintain top performance during expansion, and I directed the team to top ranking in company for two consecutive years.
