To build a submission to the ACCC regulator, I was contracted as the Data Specialist responsible for undertaking all data modelling, software design, development, and data analysis (Roadside Assistance Remediation special project at Ford Australia Head Office). This culminated in authorising payments to hundreds of thousands of affected customers. I also built a database for Commodities analysis related to market penetration and a call logging database for the Customer Relationship Centre.
