To build a submission to the ACCC regulator, I was contracted as the Data Specialist responsible for undertaking all data modelling, software design, development, and data analysis (Roadside Assistance Remediation special project at Ford Australia Head Office). This culminated in authorising payments to hundreds of thousands of affected customers. I also built a database for Commodities analysis related to market penetration and a call logging database for the Customer Relationship Centre.

Southbank, Melbourne

Developed processes, MS Access databases and reports to support the meter remediation program across much of Victoria. Also developed a Resources database to control personnel, assets, audits and training.

Development of a database that produces a Finance "Bill of Material" (BoM) for forward model programs. The BoM is a list of thousands of parts that are required to build many different model vehicles, across multiple plants around the region. The application compiles design, cost and quantity changes across 60 reporting cycles.

Ten solutions successfully launched for business process issues across FTM (mainly within the Finance Office). The solutions developed included:1. “X Pro”, a Project Control Reporting system which automated the existing manual process.
