My position focuses on acting as a single point of contact to provide Citrix Strategic Accounts with an elite level of technical support and proactive account management. I am currently assigned to various accounts in the BeNeLux area.My duties are: • Build a strong working relationship with named customer contacts, and develop in-depth understanding of the customer environment.• Develop and align a comprehensive account plan with the customer, documenting customer environment, expectations, priorities and technology deployment roadmap. • Develop a good understanding of the customer environment, and use this knowledge to pro-actively drive improvements and efficiencies in Customer Support. Advise the customer on technical best-practices.• Travel to the customer site to build relationship, carry out technical evaluations and assessments, and deliver support in break-fix situations.• Work with Product Management and Development Teams to ensure that customer product enhancements are reviewed and delivered.I am also involved in providing onsite support and account management to non TRM accounts which have reached our Red Account Team (Critical Situation). This requires delivering excellent service to diffuse highly political situations which may impact both the customer and Citrix reputation.

Case study 64-bit (Mar till May)Impact analysis of a possible migration to a 64-bit operating system. Emphasis on the Citrix XenApp 4.5 farm and the possible upgrade thereof.
