Group Support Services Manager
Overseeing Operations – Making sure everything comes together smoothly and does it's job.Managing Organisation - Wide Strategy – Foreseeing problems, working around them, mitigating risk, planning.Human Resources – Staff planning, process design, development channels, all BCEA and LRA issues.ICT – Capacity management, systems architecture, overseeing R150 ml investment.Policy Making – Understanding regulations and requirements - formulating policies for efficiency and compliance.Leading New Projects – Planning, implementing, managing capacity and business expansion projects.Compliance – Ensuring internal company-wide corporate compliance and external legislative compliance; Designing and implementing systems to track requirements and compliance levels.Tenders – Responsible for tenders submitted to SA and UK government and private institutions – from conception to costing to operations planning.Projects – Charged with oversight of all projects executed in the company (any department) – involved in every aspect of the process from planning to implementation. Other activities include negotiating with new clients and suppliers, signing off on expenditure, recruiting staff.
