Since 2000, Peter has been helping San Diego businesses with their computer systems. He obtained Microsoft's highest possible Certification as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer in 2000 and is also certified with Cisco products as a Cisco Certified Network Associate, and CompTIA Certifications Server +, Network+ and A+.In mid 2005 Peter was recruited by Best Buy to start and manage GeekSquad Business Services in San Diego, CA. With one salesperson to assist, Peter helped build a successful division for GeekSquad in San Diego, CA. Within 3 years Peter was managing 9 technicians, had signed over 100 maintenance contracts, and working with 3 sales people.In 2009 Peter left Best Buy for Business and expanded his management experience going into a Best Buy retail store as a Store Sales Manager. While in this role, he helped take a store to the top 50 within 10 months. During this same time his Magnolia Home Theatre Department (high-end Audio & Video) ranked #1 in California, Nevada, New Mexico and Hawaii three months in a row.Wanting to get back into technology Peter started his own business Noble Tech, LLC in 2012. In August of 2013 the name was changed to Noble Technology Group. His belief that building great relationships also builds great businesses has helped him to become successful. Peter has built this philosophy into the daily life at Noble Technology Group. It helps remind everyone that there are no shortcuts and that communication is key if you're going to be able to satisfy the customer over the long term.
