My time at SBA was spent working various aspects of site upgrades from awarding A&E work to qualified vendors, to bringing sites through the design phase as well as the zoning/permitting process. I also coordinated the post-construction A&E inspections/documentation for Construction Control Affidavits as required.Programs: -Sprint: NV2.5; Microwave Sweepback; New Builds -T-Mobile: Metrokeep; L700; Greenfield -AT&T -Starry, Inc.Collocation Applications:Submitted Collo Apps via SBA's Collocation Portal using and interpereting data provided in the RFDS and in existing lease agreements.Construction Drawings:Oversaw the design phase of well over 150 sites managing discrepancies between RF design and site conditions to provide final plans as needed for permitting & construction.Permitting:Reviewed filing requirements per local jurisdictions & prepared applications and assembled documentation needed for approval. Filings were prepared for the Connecticut Siting Council, (CSC) & local zoning/building departments.Construction Control Affidavit, (CCA) / Statement of Special Inspections, (SSI):Managed the documentation & completion of CCAs as required to close out building permits with cities/towns as well as closing out Exempt Modification approvals with the Connecticut Siting Council.

Quality Control/Closeout packages for the Sprint Network Vision Project.Extensive use of Alcatel-Lucent's Field Scheduling Tool, (FST) & Sprint's Siterra to download, review & upload documentation.Tasks Included:Review and Coordination of:-Construction photos & documentation for accuracy & completeness;-500+ Sprint As-Built Drawings;-Construction Control Affidavits;-Site Acceptance Forms: Verify the completeness of line items, (various pay-points) submitted by GCs & lift exceptions for final payment. -Construction Control Self Assessment: This is a bullet-list of 25 points to review via photos uploaded by the general contractor to verify accurate installation techniques including grounding and weatherproofing. This document is then uploaded to Sprint for temporary acceptance. I've completed 300+ of these site reviews and uploaded them to Siterra.
