Assisted students with problem solving skills in two weekly labs and office hours, deliberated with other TAs about how to more effectively facilitate student’s work on a weekly basis, assessed assignments on behalf of the instructor in order to ensure students were able to complete them and learn new concepts while doing so, and sought out students falling behind and provided them with the necessary resources to succeed in class

• Built the first internal company website from the ground up, including development of an API suite to efficiently access jBASE data as well as building a library of web components to aide future development• Improved supervisor performance by 40% by moving systematic data entry online from on paper• Developed the entire project and configured the web server to run on the company Linux server• Configured the app to the needs of the company based on responses from surveying employees• Collaborated with others to quickly learn principles of database interaction, Linux server configuration, and jBASE BASIC programming• Refactored and wrote various programs in jBASE BASIC in order to improve employee workflow, modify employee data, and visualize production data

Arranged garden displays, watered plants, created proper signage, assisted customers, and kept the Hampshire Farms area clean in the Home Depot; all work was done independently
