I have a proven track record of managing complex and large-scale initiatives, from planning and budgeting to execution and evaluation across multiple domains and functions.Some of the projects I have led and delivered include Optus’s award winning Donate Your Data initiative, the implementation of the Medallia touchpoint NPS capability, and Optus’s COVID-19 response working group.
