When it comes to UX, it evokes the feeling of “I didn’t know my needs were being heard” or “I didn’t realize that I mattered.”It wasn’t until Discord, one of my favorite products, rebranded itself from being a gaming chat platform to a space where everyone can feel included and find communities. That’s when I knew I wanted to design experiences that made people feel special.*cracks knuckles* I busted open a new Notion document and spent (a long time) grinding my butt off designing a Discord experience that made people o3o. The rest is history.Product design is only one aspect of crafting an o3o experience.I'm currently a UX designer at Code and Theory.
