My attention to detail has always been strong and having an IT background any database system tasks have been undertaken successfully. The majority of organisations I have worked for had process driven environments. At Post Connect (Australia Post) I wrote, reviewed and implemented new processes. This have given me a keen interest in processes improvement and change management, with an overarching emphasis on the customer experience.Currently undertaking a Certificate IV in Business Administration (Finance).
