Achieved in most West European countries;Preparation and execution of International Tenders (e.g. Shell, GlaxoSmithKline, DHL, Pfizer, E-ON, Japan Tobacco, Police Tender, Xerox, Royal Sun Alliance, IBM, Deutsche Post, Pharmacia, Saint Gobain, etc.);Relation Management with International companies, Fleet-owners, Leasing companies and Rent-A-Car Companies at International level;Enter major daily rental business, carefully offsetting volume against profitability and re-marketing risks;Create a Pan European Fleet database with MME as central negotiating point;Enhance Fleet profile of Mitsubishi in Europe. Responsible for organising several Pan European Fleet meetings such as Vienna in 1997, Brussels in 1998m Lisbon in 1999, Fleet Managers conference and Fleet workshops, Fleet Incentive trips 1999, 2000 and 2001. Coordination of Factory visits by potential Fleet customers;In addition since January 2000 responsible for Export of European production vehicles outside Europe. Export to Middle East and Africa, South America, Asia, etc;

Start and promote Fleet Business for Mitsubishi Motors in Europe. Special attention to be paid to the Mitsubishi Carisma and the Space Star (European production);

Responsible for the development of a European Fleet Strategy in order to add a new channel of sales to the strong retail driven organisation of Nissan; Establish a Distributor Fleet Business Plan to support Fleet sales business; Promote Euroshift to offset the effects of Yendaka (Nissan Primera and Micra);Advise Distributors and organise International Fleet seminars.

Preparation of Product Forum and Market Forum;Provide price indications for Distributors on basis of F&C CIF calculations;Negotiations on Price (retail/wholesale), Distributor Business Plan, Target Agreement (TA);Optimise country specific Strategy according to Regional guidelines;Cross checking of Distributor Business Plan;Responsible for Distributor Planning sheet.
